The chosen candidate will provide technical support to our customers and this position will have the candidate working closely remotely with our operations and engineering teams located in USA.

Overall Description:

Neuinfotech Services is looking for a Senior Network Engineer to develop, maintain, optimize and secure both on premise and cloud networks. As a Senior member of our Network Security and Engineering team, the candidate will play a large role in both networking and security as you support internal projects, and secure, troubleshoot and optimize our network for users. In this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and thorough knowledge of network technologies and architectures. Responsibilities:

Technology expert consistently focused on the customer/product experience; Install, configure, and troubleshoot Networking devices like Switches, Routers, Firewalls, and Load Balancers; Install, configure, and troubleshoot Corporate Wireless Services; Support network device software patching cycles; Data Center operations like racking/stacking network devices, cabling, and experience with data center migrations; Design, deploy and troubleshoot cloud-based and on-premise networks; Knowledge of IT security principles; Knowledge of various LAN/WAN architectures to improve corporate network connectivity, availability, and security; Network LAN/WAN experience (Cisco, Juniper, Dell); Facilities / Physical (Colo Management, Rack / Stack); Solid understanding of network performance monitoring; Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network related issues and connectivity; Ability to participate in the network on-call rotation and after-hours deployments; Ability to prioritize tasks; Ability to work under pressure; Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifying Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of industry-related experience as a Network Engineer, designing, implementing and troubleshooting WAN, LAN, WLAN and data center network infrastructure
  • Strong background in network architecture and operations In depth knowledge with access control models and network security In-depth understanding of Security technologies like IPSec and systems like Cisco ISE or Aruba Clearpass
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with at least one of the following firewall vendors:Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Checkpoint or Fortinet Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools (e.g. SolarWinds network tools)
  • In depth knowledge and extensive experience with A10 LTMs Extensive knowledge and experience deploying and troubleshooting Layer 2 networks Strong knowledge of Linux
  • Proven hands-on network engineering experience; Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS); Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
  • Experience with AWS or Azure network design, deployment and operation Familiarity with Nessus Vulnerability scanning and reports is a plus Possess good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Experience configuring SNMP managed devices; Individual needs to be able to work independently and/or collaboratively in a multi-team environment. Preferred

Experience

  • Managing IT infrastructure that supports 100 end users
  • Experience installing, administering, and troubleshooting Cisco, Dell, A10, and Palo Alto hardware Experience with Network automation is a plus
  • Knowledge of IT security principles Education / Training Requirements:
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field CCNP or higher CISSP is a plus
